Quantum Zenith Securities Ltd
Is registered by the Securities & Exchange Commission (“SEC”) to carry on as a broker/dealer. The Company is also registered by The Nigerian Stock Exchange (“NSE”) as a Broker/Dealer to operate on any
floor of The Nigerian Stock Exchange. The company has established itself as one of the leading stockbroking firms in Nigeria in terms of market turnover and ability to execute “big-ticket” transactions.
Prudential Zenith Life Insurance
Prudential Zenith was created following the acquisition of a majority stake in Zenith Life Assurance Company Limited by Prudential Plc (a global life assurance company).
Quantum Zenith Asset Management Ltd
Is duly registered and licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria as a fund/portfolio manager. It deals in the provision of portfolio and investment management services to its broad and diversified clientele base as well as the delivery of superior long-term performance by identifying investment opportunities across asset classes to maximise returns.
Quantum Zenith Capital Ltd
Started operations in 2006 with principal activities covering the full range of iinvestment banking services. The company has secured and executed several Issuing House mandates on a number of sub-national governments’ bond offerings and has participated in the execution of public offers, loan syndications, mergers & acquisitions, and multilateral financing arrangements for corporate clients in Nigeria.

Quantum Zenith Trustees Limited’s principal activity includes the provision of trust services and non-pension fund custodial services. It acts as trustees and in other fiduciary capacities that result in the holding or placing of assets on behalf of individuals, trusts, and other institutions.

James Hope College
This is one of the initiatives of the Jim Ovia Foundation, which offers its students world-class education at a subsidized rate. James Hope College is supported by an endowment fund and currently has 40% of its students on full scholarship. It is a co-educational private secondary school situated on 38 acres of land in a beautiful and tranquil area of Agbor, Delta State. A state-of-the-art academic institution with ultra-modern learning, sporting, recreational, and boarding facilities while offering a unique
Nigerian/British style curriculum. It commenced academic activities in September 2013.

Jim Ovia Foundation
A not-for-profit initiative set up in 2004 by Jim Ovia, a renowned philanthropist and businessman. It aims to invest in the Nigerian youths’ unlimited and untapped potential as the key to socioeconomic growth, enhanced standard of living, and increased human efficiency through fostering an ICT literate society. Through its various key programmes, the Jim Ovia Foundation supports Nigerian youths with educational scholarships, start-up grants, and ICT empowerment programs in Nigeria. Some of the Jim Ovia Foundation programmes include MUSTE Scholarships, James Hope College, NCS/Jim Ovia Scholarship Award, Jim Ovia Leaders Scholarship Fund, Next Generation ICT and Entrepreneurship Programme, Youth Empowerment, and ICT Foundation amongst others.
