Temilola is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She has circa 11 years of experience in market research, financial advisory, audit and strategy development for both the private and public sectors of the Nigerian economy.

Before joining Quantum as Associate Vice President, Investment, she started her career as an auditor at Pedabo and worked eight years at Deloitte where she left as a manager in the financial advisory team. She has experience in various sectors such as financial services, healthcare, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), infrastructure and government, oil and gas, and telecommunications, among others.
